Our animals are all staying with us and will continue to be loved and spoilt

·        Anyone visiting Meadow Alpacas is agreeing to our Terms and Conditions

·        All walks / experiences must be prebooked.  Guests entering must have a valid prebooked              entrance ticket/ confirmation.

·        All walks/ experiences are supervised by a suitably trained and experienced employee.                     Customers are not permitted to take animals unaccompanied ,leave the group with the                 animals  or enter any of the paddocks/fields without an employee.

·        Walks include a safety  briefing prior to starting . Anyone not adhering to the information                   provided in the briefing may be asked to leave the walk without compensation

·        Smoking (including the use of e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited within all areas of our                       smallholding

·        All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18 years +)

·        Children under the age of 12 must share an alpaca with an adult.

·        There is an additional charge (smallholder pass) for each accompanying child over 3 /                   spectator who is not actually walking the alpaca

·        Maximum number of 1 additional persons can accompany each lead walker

·        We do not recommend alpaca walking / animal experiences for pregnant women due to                 terrain and the risk that animals can kick. If you are pregnant and wish to walk you will be                 required to sign a disclaimer

·        Dogs are not allowed to accompany you on the experience (or to be left in cars on the                     smallholding) this is for the safety of the animals

·        Hand washing facilities are provided. Adults are responsible for their children to wash their               hands correctly

·        Visitors must dress appropriately. Please wear sturdy closed toe shoes as the terrain can be           bumpy. Sandals are not suitable. Fields form part of the walk so may be muddy. We will still             walk in light rain so please bring waterproofs if necessary.

·        The walks do take place on our smallholding and there can be mud. Please bear this in mind          as shoes can get dirty and we will not be held responsible for compensating this or any                    damage to clothing.

·        Cancellations made up to 48 hours of your booking will be offered to reschedule.                               Cancellations made within 48 hours of your booking will not be subject to a refund.                           Cancellations MUST be made in writing to meadowalpacas@btinternet.com

·        Gift vouchers must be redeemed by the date shown.

·        Walks are weather dependent and if the weather is unsuitable for walking we reserve the                 right to cancel the walk and offer an alternative date suitable to you. We can not give                       refunds for circumstances out of our control.

·        A risk assessment has been undertaken for the walking route and is available on request.

·        Please arrive 5 minutes before your walk is due to take place.

·        During the experience we take photographs which may be published on our social media               profiles and website, please let us know if you prefer us to not take your photograph



You will be asked to sign a copy of our terms and conditions before your experience starts
